Welcome to the Cedar Cove Days Arts and Crafts Festival!

Port Orchard, Washington

Booth Fee: $100 per 10 x 10 booth

Security will be provided

A City of Port Orchard Business License ($30.00 filing fee) is required for all vendors.
Click here for license form and send in after June 1st.


Festival Dates and Times:     
Thursday, August 27   10am - 6pm
Friday, August 28        10am - 6pm
Saturday August 29     10am - 8pm
Sunday August 30       10am - 2pm

Early setup will be available on Wednesday afternoon, please make that request known on the application form.
As we are expecting large crowds on Sunday, we ask that you not begin to tear down until after 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Directions to Port Orchard, WA

 Coming from the East (Tacoma): Stay on Highway 16 to the Tremont exit. Turn right, continue to the third traffic light and turn left onto Port Orchard Boulevard. Continue down hill to Bay Street. Turn right and follow signs to vendor check in.

Coming from the West (Bremerton). Follow Highway 3 to Gorst. At Gorst follow Highway 16. Stay in left lane to exit at Highway 166 (which becomes Bay Street) into Port Orchard. Follow signs to vendor check in.

 

Vendor Benefits:          
There will be coffee and water available for vendors at no charge during setup Wednesday and Thursday.

Booth Sitters:              
Volunteers who will cover your booth for a short time.

Food Runners:            
Need some lunch?  Food runners will take your order and deliver to your booth.
